Kurzras 
This sport and winter paradise is located at 2011 m above sea level. Ideal for skiers is the Schnalstal Glacier with modern cable car Facilities and slopes for beginners and professional skiers, and snowboarders. The cable cars bring you up to 3200 m above sea level. Schnalstal is a popular training area for professional skiers and national teams. Also pleasure skiers find a varied offer with 35 km of perfectly groomed slopes. Kurzras is an ideal starting point for high alpine mountain tours and extended hikes.

Vernagt am See
Vernagt am See is located at the artificial Lake Vernagt at 1700 m above sea level, and ideal for a romantic holiday throughout the year. The sunny position of the village and its location at the lake, splendid walks through forests, and the alpine vegetation will enchant you. A round hike of the lake with two suspension bridges provides an unforgettable adventure. From Vernagt you can hike to Tisen Valley, the finding place of the Ice Man "Ötzi". Unsere Frau is located at 1500 m above sea level and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The village is a combination between old and new. Those interested in culture can visit the renowned pilgrimage church or get to know everything about "Ötzi" in the ArcheoParc Schnals.

Karthaus (1.327 m)
The village of Karthaus is like a trip to the past. The village is located within the walls of the former Kartäuser Convent Allerengelberg, which opened in 1326 and closed in 1782. The Stations of the Cross in the old convent is truly admirable. During the summer time this is a popular exhibition venue for local artists.

Katharinaberg
